Lilly King
This past weekend, Lilly King led two separate swim clinics and made an impact on both young swimmers and their coaches. The success of a clinic is always easiest to gauge when we receive comments, such as, “Best Friday night practice ever” and “coolest swim clinic ever.”
Katie Grimes
Virginia competed at the Eddie Reese Invitational in Texas this past weekend. Freshman Katie Grimes delivered the NCAA’s top time this season in the 400 IM (3:59.02), as well as Virginia’s third fastest 500 free (4:33.05) in program history. In an interview with SwimSwam, Grimes discussed the college racing scene and the fun of supporting/being supported by a team.

Be Present
Over the last week+, Cejih has been on the road. During this time, he has been able to connect with several of our clients in a variety of different venues: workshops, swim meets, business meetings, etc.
This ability to be present in a digital world is a key part of our success as a company and something that Cejih has made a personal goal of increasing throughout the year. Here’s why:
Strengthens connections. As often as possible, we want to show up for our clients and be present at events both big and small. This matters because it allows us get to support and continue to get to know our client, as well as members of their community.
Increases learning opportunities. Each time that Cejih (or any member of the CG Sports team) leads a workshop, we have an opportunity to increase our learning. Cejih’s latest NIL workshop with the University of Tennessee was a successful workshop because the participants learned new skills AND Cejih got some new ideas, too!
Create more sales leads. Business basics don’t lie: more sales leads are created through face-to-face conversations, leading to more deals being closed.
These are just three reasons why we are aiming to be more present in 2025.
