Asking for Remarket Material

Events, whether they are swim clinics, speaker visits, or special appearances, are fertile grounds for networking, learning, and lead generation. However, the value of an event extends far beyond its conclusion. One crucial yet often overlooked step post-event is requesting remarketing materials. Below, you will find a simple, concise, and effective way to ask organizations for content that you can then repurpose into remarket material to support your company's future growth.

Hi (primary organization contact),

We are so excited about your upcoming clinic on (date) with (name of athlete)!

At the event, please take some photos, videos, and collect testimonials and share them with us. Anything is greatly appreciated! You can capture photos and videos with a professional or use your phone. Here is a suggested list, of course, you can capture more than what is listed:

  • Photo(s): Group - Group shot with athlete

  • Photo(s): In Action - Athlete speaking at Event

  • Photo(s): Small Group - Athlete with up to 3 participants

  • Photo(s): Additional (optional) - Any additional photos, e.g. with VIPs, additional action or group shots, etc.

  • Video(s): Vertical - Any in-action video, phone in vertical (portrait) orientation

  • Video(s): Horizontal (optional) - Any in-action video, phone in horizontal (landscape) orientation

  • Testimonial - Quote from participant/parent/host about their experience with with athlete, or what they noticed the participants feeling/experiencing. Why you would do it again and what you might do next time

  • Testimonials - additional

Before the event, I will send a heads-up so you can keep this in mind as you go through the day of the event.

Thank you! Please don't hesitate to reach out if any questions come up.
