Six Pillars to Success

Good morning. We spent the weekend dreaming up our next international vacation.

Any suggestions?

We might have to live vicariously through our friends around the world on social media. Unfortunately, the US has gotten the VETO on travel to many countries around the globe. But the International Swim League is still ago, and set to compete this fall. Remember when the stands looked like this?

  • Elizabeth Beisel to host a live event with SPIRE Institute and fellow International Swim Ambassadors. Stay tuned.

  • International Swim League is BACK and teams have been announced. Check it out ⬇️

Team USA Cyclist Mandy Marquardt set a National Record on the track for the Standing Kilo this weekend. Finishing at 1:08.694, that's an average of 52.4 kph, or 32.5 mph for the non-metric system savvy. With that, Mandy shaved 3 seconds off her previous best time. That's what we call BEAST MODE.

Beisel participates in 11th Annual Swim Across America Event

"Effective and applicable land training can provide unparalleled power, balance, injury prevention and strength that is transferable to the pool. Swim coaches shouldn't have to spend time and energy to develop a comprehensive dryland program when their expertise and focus should lie in the pool."

Be your best. Work with the best at Synergy Dryland!
